The Weigh Bar is the latest innovation in scale technology. Two
weigh bars are located at the ends of a weigh platform that can be any
length. In addition, the weigh bars themselves are telescopic, allowing
the width of the platform to be tailored as well. The internal load
cells, identical in size, can be selected with many capacities. The
result is a system that allows a single set of components to be used in
a family of scale platforms of many sizes and capacities.
Weigh bars are available with Auto Cal load cells; load cells are replaceable without need for recalibration. When used with our Auto Cal transmitters, scales can be recalibrated without need for test weights - anywhere in the world
The Weigh Bar's load cell is fully overload protected to withstand years of abuse. Use your own indicator, add a Chi Mei indicator or take our serial RS232 transmitter option for direct computer connection. Like our 1610 platform frame, its price is incredibly low, giving you a golden opportunity to make terrific scales for a terrific price!

For special applications, up to four weigh bars can be connected to a single transmitter for use in dual-platform, single scale designs
